Founded in 1979, the Eastern Canadian Tug Owners’ Association (ECTOA) represents the interests of harbour towing owners in Eastern Canada. Our members’ tug fleet covers most ports on the St. Lawrence Seaway, the Great Lakes and the Canadian Atlantic coast. The members own and operate over 85 tugs.
